Description
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you'll take ownership of the full marketing mix delivering integrated campaigns that build awareness, support partners, and drive quality enquiries. This is a hands-on role combining strategy and execution.
Key areas of focus:
- Campaigns: Plan and deliver multi‐channel activity across PR, digital, social, email and events
- Content: Create high‐quality, credible content including case studies and thought leadership
- Digital: Manage website, SEO, and email performance
- PR & Social: Lead LinkedIn activity and manage PR agency relationships
- Brand: Ensure consistency and evolve messaging and positioning
- Stakeholders: Support brokers and partners with targeted communications
- Events: Plan and represent ART at regional events
- Agencies: Manage external suppliers and ensure delivery against budget and objectives
Profile
About You
Are you in your second or third marketing role, ready to step up and take ownership? You'll bring:
- Strong understanding of how PR, digital, content, and social work together
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Confidence using data and analytics to inform decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience working with stakeholders and external agencies
Desirable:
- Financial/professional services experience, introducer‐led models, CRM/automation tools, or knowledge of the West Midlands market.
