Description- Lead and deliver complex internal audit reviews with minimal supervision, focusing on systems, controls and key risks.
- Apply professional standards to provide robust, high‐quality assurance to senior stakeholders.
- Support audit planning and take ownership of key areas within the audit plan, identifying emerging risks and opportunities.
- Produce clear, concise reports with practical, risk‐based recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of the audit function, including reviewing work and supporting innovation.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the delivery of a modern, continuous improvement‐led internal audit service.
- Proven experience delivering internal audit assignments within a complex environment, ideally public sector or regulated.
