We're recruiting an Estates Legal Counsel to join Wienerberger. The role focuses on property and project‐based legal matters, advising across contracts, property acquisitions/disposals, and related compliance. This permanent, impactful position offers flexibility and growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Advising on estate‐related matters, including site acquisitions, ownerships and leases
  • Supporting project teams with legal input on property‐development and infrastructure works
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property and commercial contracts and agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks relevant to estates and property projects
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders (operations, estates, finance) to align legal strategy with business objectives

Qualifications

  • A commercial property lawyer with at least 3 years of experience
  • Able to discuss legal matters with the senior leadership team that affect the business

Compensation & Benefits

Permanent role with a salary of £30,500 (circa £53,500 FTE), part‐time (20 hours) plus £6,000 car allowance and up to 8% bonus. The package includes pension contribution, flexible working arrangements and a culture of training and internal mobility.
