Description Provide expert employment law advice across a range of employee relations matters Support complex disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and organisational change projects Ensure policies and procedures remain compliant with current legislation Coach and support managers on employment law best practice Identify and mitigate employment-related risks across the organisation Profile You'll have a strong background in employment law, either as an Employment Law Specialist, Employee Relations Lead, HR Business Partner or Employment Solicitor. You'll be confident managing complex cases, interpreting legislation and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
