As a People Reporting & Analytics Data Partner, you will be responsible for delivering insightful people metrics, dashboards and analysis that support strategic workforce planning and business performance. Description- Develop and deliver people analytics reports to support HR and business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.

- Support the implementation of analytics tools and dashboards for key metrics tracking.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to address workforce challenges.
- Work closely with teams across the business to ensure data alignment and consistency.
- Help shape the organisation's people analytics strategy and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams on interpreting and using analytics effectively.
A successful People Reporting and Analytics Data Partner should have:
