Description
- Lead the delivery of a new website and member portal programme from discovery through to launch.
- Manage digital projects, timelines, budgets, risks and external agency relationships.
- Oversee the day-to-day performance, maintenance and optimisation of web platforms.
- Manage website integrations with CRM and third-party systems to improve user journeys.
- Drive SEO, CRO, AI optimisation and member experience improvements across digital channels.
- Use analytics and customer insight to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead digital innovation, including automation, AI tools and workflow improvements.
- Line manage and develop a Digital Specialist while promoting digital best practice across the organisation.
Profile
- Proven experience delivering large-scale website and digital transformation projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing digital agencies, suppliers and external development partners.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, website migrations and CRM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, SEO, CRO, UX and digital performance optimisation.
- Experience using data and customer insight to improve user journeys and engagement.
- A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to lead digital innovation, including AI, automation and process improvement initiatives.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in London.
