- Coordinate and process payroll data across 25 UK locations.
- Validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with managers and stakeholders to collect payroll information.
- Support the Payroll Manager with monthly payroll activities.
- Work closely with an outsourced payroll provider to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and robust audit trails.
- Process starters, leavers, salary changes and variable pay data.
- Investigate and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Reconcile payroll reports and identify discrepancies for correction.
- Utilise Excel and payroll systems to analyse and manage payroll data.
