Description
- Cleanse, validate, and maintain HR, payroll, and finance data.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplication, and quality issues.
- Produce data validation reports and highlight risks or concerns.
- Support data migration, system testing, and implementation activities.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate migrated data.
- Work collaboratively with People, Payroll, and Finance teams to reconcile and verify information.
- Develop and maintain data standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Recommend and support process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
Profile
A successful Data Co-Ordinator should have:
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, or Finance data
- Previous involvement in system implementation or data migration projects
- Advanced or intermediate Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while building effective relationships across teams
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
