We are seeking a Production Manager for a broad and exciting role with an engineering client near Walsall. Our Walsall client is a respected and growing organisation committed to delivering high-quality products through efficient, safe, and well-managed production operations. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, they are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to help drive operational excellence and support the next phase of their development.
Based in Walsall, we are looking for a highly motivated Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional product quality, and effective resource management. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a safe working environment and full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Profile
The successful Production Manager should have:
- NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety.
- Experience in leading a multi-process, high SKU production facility.
- A background in Engineering with an understanding of CAD drawings.
- Lean Practitioner qualification - Six Sigma.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and planning abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capability.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid technical understanding of relevant production processes and equipment.
