This role offers full ownership of a product portfolio, combining brand strategy, product management, and commercial growth responsibility. Working cross-functionally with sales, NPD, and marketing teams, you'll lead products from concept and launch through to ongoing performance improvement and revenue growth.

Own and manage a designated brand portfolio, driving commercial performance and long-term growth. Deliver category and range reviews, identifying opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and market position. Analyse sales, market, and competitor data to support strategic decision-making. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products. Manage marketing budgets to maximise brand visibility and return on investment. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and NPD teams to deliver impactful campaigns and launches. Identify new product opportunities through customer, market, and category insights. Partner with NPD to bring innovative products successfully from concept to market.
A successful Brand Manager should have:
- Proven experience in brand, product, or category management within a commercial environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
- Experience developing and delivering successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Confident managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and maximising ROI.
