  • Lead development of Customer Cost & Value Models to support pricing, tenders, and commercial opportunities.
  • Provide insightful analysis on market values, commodities, inflation and product mix.
  • Strengthen forecasting, budgeting and commercial reporting.
  • Challenge and support Commercial teams with clear, independent financial insight.
  • Review trading agreements, promotions and low‑margin products to unlock margin improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and enhance commercial financial awareness.

Profile:

  • CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong modelling and analysis skills.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
  • Excellent communicator able to explain numbers simply.
  • Proactive, curious, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • FMCG experience (desirable).
  • Willingness to travel across sites.
