Our client is a successful International Consumer Business made up of 3 different companies across the UK and US, the company is trading well with exciting growth plans. We are excited to be partnering with them on the recruitment of a Management Accountant role based from their offices in Twickenham. Hybrid working available after initial period.
Job Description
As the Management Accountant based from Twickenham you will be responsible for:
- Finance Department Management Accounts - Monthly & Quarterly Reviews
- Budget & Mid-Year Review
- Manage Month End Closures
- Cashflow Forecasting
- Manage Stakeholder Communication
- Audit Pack Preparation
- Liaise with external Accountants & Auditors
- Check Monthly Payroll
- Check Monthly Commission
- Manage Purchase & Sales Ledgers
- Authorise Weekly Payment Run
- Analysis & Reporting Group - Create, Maintain & Improve our analysis & suite of reports
- Quarterly Rep Group Analysis
- 1099's - Preparation & Submission
- Manage US Statutory Filings (inc. Sales by state obligations)
- Other Support Finance Manager w/ group entities
- Ad hoc Tasks
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in a similar role
- Qualified Accountant CIMA, ACCA, ACA
- Planning & Prioritising Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Time Management - Using Time Effectively
- Strong Communication Skills - Internal & External
What’s on Offer
- £55,000 - £60,000
- Bonus Circa 5%
- 22 days holiday and you get the 3 days between Christmas and New Year off as paid holiday so 25 days really
- Pension - NEST pension, 3% employer and 5% employee
- Hybrid working, 5 days in the office at first and then 4 days from the office and 1 day from home
- 40-hour week finish an hour early on a Friday so 39 hours
- Open on start and finish times 8-4 or 9-6 or you could shorten the day by taking a 30-minute lunch break rather than an hour lunch break
- Currently no parking available but based very close to Twickenham train station
