Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced organisation in the manufacturing industry based in Turriff. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing HR support and guidance across various functions within the organisation.

Description
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR support and employee queries.
- Partner with site leadership to drive productivity, people initiatives, and HR KPI delivery.
- Support and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and people processes, including absence management.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and legislation.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with best practice and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and management development programmes to support the wider people plan.
- Promote company values and support the successful delivery of HR priorities across the site.
- Identify and escalate HR risks where appropriate.
- Travel across UK sites as required.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Essential:
- Previous experience of working in a HR role within a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and experience managing ER cases.
- Self-motivated to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Ability to prioritise own workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the business.
- Full driving license (requirement for UK travel).
- Desired:
- Human Resources Qualification and/or CIPD membership.
