We are partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit a Treasury Advisory Manager into a growing specialist treasury consulting practice.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex treasury transformation, risk management, systems implementation, and technical accounting projects, while working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting business development initiatives across a diverse client portfolio.

  • Lead and deliver treasury transformation and advisory engagements, helping organisations optimise treasury operating models, processes, controls, and cash management strategies.
  • Advise clients on financial risk management, including FX, interest rate, commodity, and liquidity risk exposure.
  • Drive the implementation, optimisation, and enhancement of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Kyriba, SAP Treasury, Integrity, and other treasury technology platforms.
  • Support organisations in leveraging automation, digital transformation, and emerging AI capabilities within treasury functions.
  • Provide expertise across hedge accounting, derivative valuation, IFRS 9, IAS 39, and treasury-related technical accounting matters.
  • Partner with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, and Treasury teams to solve complex treasury and finance challenges.
  • Deliver treasury-focused reviews, benchmarking exercises, and strategic recommendations across a broad range of sectors and large corporate environments.
  • Contribute to high-profile transformation programmes, regulatory change initiatives, and treasury system implementation projects.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and support business development activities.
  • Develop thought leadership, presentations, and client-facing deliverables that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while helping shape the growth of a high-performing treasury consulting practice.

What we are looking for

  • Corporate Treasury experience gained within a large multinational, financial institution, or consulting environment.
  • Treasury Advisory or Treasury Consulting expertise, ideally from a professional services or Big Four background.
  • Treasury Transformation and Change experience, including operating model redesign, process improvement, or treasury technology projects.
  • Treasury Management Systems (TMS) implementation or optimisation experience, particularly across Kyriba, SAP Treasury, Integrity, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of treasury risk management, financial instruments, cash management, liquidity management, and treasury controls.
  • Knowledge of hedge accounting, derivatives, IFRS 9, IAS 39, or treasury accounting practices.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leading complex, client-facing projects.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth.
