Job Description
- Seeking a Programme Coordinator with a background in travel and/or overseas events to join our Chinese Sales Team.
- Work alongside the Head of China and report to the Operations Manager.
- Drive partnership growth across government, commercial, and school levels in China.
- Help develop a China market-focused team to support a nationwide network.
- Train new employees, analyse & track key metrics, and support sales partners using these insights.
- Design and propose delegations & trips for our established China network.
- Recruit new local partners to support schools and customers in forming partnerships and selling overseas study programs & exchanges.
- Adjust product details based on feedback from customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
- Work closely with the operations team to organise school hosting itineraries.
- Lead and negotiate contracts with specialist China agents to book and deliver immersion trips.
- Must demonstrate strong communication and time management skills.
The Successful Applicant
