We are partnering with a prestigious investment organisation based in Central London to find a skilled Transaction Manager to oversee a finance team of four. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing transactions, optimising financial processes, and ensuring smooth operations within a dynamic investment setting.

Description

1. Oversee and manage end-to-end financial transactions within the business.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of four, ensuring efficiency and best practices.
3. Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic financial initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies.
5. Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Profile

1. Proven experience in transaction management within the investment or financial sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small finance team.
3. Netsuite experience desirable but not essential.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
6. Relevant finance qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are desirable.
