Description
Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely deliveries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiency.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Analyse market trends to identify potential suppliers and products.
Prepare and maintain procurement reports and records.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs.
Profile
A successful Procurement Executive should have
Ideally, some experience in procurement or supply chain or a related field Strong negotiation and communication skills.
