My client, a growing SME organisation based near Tonbridge in Kent, are looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a temporary basis for 2-3 days per week. This is initially an ongoing temporary role and a great opportunity to join a fantastic growing organisation with a friendly culture.

Description
As Finance Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cashflow modelling and management
- Intercompany Accounting
- Looking after the invoice financing process
- Managing and mentoring 1 direct report to increase their capabilities within finance
This is initially an ongoing temporary role - the client is flexible on whether someone works 2 or 3 days per week. 2 days should be spent in the office with the flexibility of the 3rd working from home.
Profile
My client is looking for someone with the following experience:
- Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience
- Experience of producing monthly management accounts, cashflow management and staff mentoring and training
- Experience of intercompany accounting would be useful although not essential, as would experience of working in a start‑up environment
- Experience within the manufacturing / distribution sector would be useful.
Ideally you will be available to start this role immediately.
Job Offer
A day rate commensurate with experience, up to a maximum of £285 per day (paye) or £340 per day if umbrella company.
