This is an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Team Leader, Purchase Ledger Team Leader or Senior Accounts Payable, who is excited people leadership and being involved across all processes in the Accounts Payable function.

Description

Manage and lead the accounts payable team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations.

Implement and maintain controls to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice or payment queries.

Prepare reports and analysis on accounts payable activities for management.

Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.

Ensure supplier relationships are managed effectively.

Profile

A successful AP Team Leader should have

Experience in a similar Senior Accounts Payable, or Purchase Ledger Team Leader role.

Proven ability to lead a team effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

Job Offer
