This Temporary HR Officer role based in Glasgow will see you handling day-to-day HR tasks to keep the organisation running smoothly.
You ll provide essential support to the Human Resources team within the not-for-profit sector.
Client Details A not-for-profit organisation based in Glasgow.
Description Support the Human Resources team with administrative tasks and documentation.
Assist in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and processing applications.
Provide guidance on HR-related queries from staff members.
Help with onboarding processes for new employees.
Maintain accurate records of employee absences and leave requests.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and HR metrics as required.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Profile A successful Temporary HR Officer should have: Previous experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
