Description:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, hearings and interviews, including diary management and room bookings.
  • Prepare and issue standard letters, documentation and meeting packs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and ER case spreadsheets.
  • Assist with logging and monitoring cases on the ER case management system.
  • Support with the transcription service bookings and team meeting logistics.
  • Liaise with managers and staff regarding meeting arrangements.
  • Respond to basic ER queries and redirect formal matters appropriately.

Job Offer: Immediate start, 4-6 month assignment.
