Description:
- Provide general administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
- Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, hearings and interviews, including diary management and room bookings.
- Prepare and issue standard letters, documentation and meeting packs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and ER case spreadsheets.
- Assist with logging and monitoring cases on the ER case management system.
- Support with the transcription service bookings and team meeting logistics.
- Liaise with managers and staff regarding meeting arrangements.
- Respond to basic ER queries and redirect formal matters appropriately.
