The Tax Director position is a key leadership role within the Tax Department, responsible for enhancing our accountancy firm’s reputation and standing within the industry. The role requires in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, strategic planning, and a high level of client interaction. Client Details This organisation is a well-established accountancy firm. Description Leading and developing the Tax Department to optimise efficiency and quality. Providing expert advice on tax laws and regulations to clients and team members. Implementing strategic tax planning for clients. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Contributing to the development of the firm’s tax strategy and policies. Representing the firm at industry events and seminars. Collaborating with other departments to provide integrated services to clients. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements within the Tax Department.
