This Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) role in the property industry is all about building strong relationships with tenants and ensuring smooth communication during property projects. You'll be the key point of contact, helping to keep everything running efficiently and ensuring tenants are kept informed every step of the way. Client Details A property-focused organisation based in Rotherham. Description Act as the main point of contact between tenants and the project team. Provide clear updates to tenants about property works and schedules. Handle tenant queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate access to properties for scheduled works and inspections. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and project progress. Work closely with contractors and the project team to address any issues. Conduct property visits to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance. Assist with resolving any disputes or challenges that may arise.Profile A successful Resident Liaison Officer should have: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the property industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Basic IT skills for record-keeping and reporting.Job Offer Salary between £28,800 and £35,200, dependent on the level of experience.
