This is a hybrid opportunity paying up to £55,000. Description Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes. Prepare monthly management accounts, reports, and forecasts. Liaise with senior stakeholders. Identify and analyse key financial trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and financial plans. Support senior management with data-driven insights and financial modelling. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.Profile A successful Finance Analyst should have: A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be Qualified by Experience. Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation.
