Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support the organisation's goals.
- Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment and regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary recruitment and compliance team.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency across recruitment workflows.
- Own and lead the recruitment function across clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Monitor and review policies and procedures to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
