Description

  • Manage and maintain the Unit 4 ERP system to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve system processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and training for system users to enhance their efficiency and confidence.
  • Analyse and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Work closely with external providers to implement system upgrades and enhancements as required.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides for reference and training purposes.
  • Support financial reporting and data extraction to aid decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain data integrity within the system.

Profile

A successful System Accountant should have:

  • Proficiency in Unit 4 ERP system and its functionalities.
  • Part Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in supporting Accounting & Finance operations within a not-for-profit environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
