The People Systems Lead (Workday) will oversee and optimise HR systems within the leisure industry, ensuring they meet organisational needs and enhance operational efficiency. Based in Derbyshire, this 12 month FTC role requires a skilled professional to manage system implementation and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems (Workday) as well as others i.e MyPath and Payroll integrations, to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet organisational requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on system functionality and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Analyse system performance and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
- Deliver training and support to HR and other teams on system usage.
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure smooth system updates and integrations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes and configurations.

- Proven experience in managing HR systems within a large, complex business.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system functionalities.
