The Supply Chain Manager leads the supply chain operations and ensures efficient, cost-effective processes across forecasting, procurement, inventory management, inbound logistics, and supplier coordination.
Manage the Supply Chain function from end to end: Supplier Management, Procurement, Forecasting & Planning, and Logistics. Responsible for supplier relationship management, this role will have regular touch bases with suppliers to tackle issues, price changes and improvement programs, including activities surrounding supplier onboarding. Prepare and present inventory and stock cover projections, participate in budget cycles and scenario planning. Lead monthly Objectives Meetings to track KPIs and supply chain targets, highlighting key takeaways and escalating issues. Provide strategic oversight and direction for the supply & demand planning process, ensuring alignment with business goals and supply capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to validate assumptions and major forecast drivers. Review and challenge high-level demand forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities for key product categories and customers. Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by contributing to consensus planning and escalation of supply/demand imbalances.
Profile: +5 years' experience in supply chain management in the FMCG industry, with responsibility for supplier management, cost analysis, and strategic planning. Degree educated in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, CIPS, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
