The Supply Chain Manager is the leader of the function and responsible for ensuring timely supply of products into the UK market. Client Details Global brand in the Confectionery space. Description Responsible for the end to end Supply Chain function, looking after key areas such as Procurement, Planning, S&OP and 3PL management. Manage the relationship with suppliers to provide products on timely manner and arrange transport from the country of origin to the UK for all orders. Provides procurement of all requirements with best price and quality. Gather forecast figures on a monthly basis from customers and stores and update the rolling forecast. Ensure S&OP decks to Planning department. Stock planning and order management and support stores where required. Attend meetings involving the management team and provide operational status updates to the supply Executive team. Review stock replenishment requirements at 3rd party storage location and place orders for stock from Belgium, Turkey or any other suppliers. Monitor daily stock availability reports and provide replenishment advice to transport department and 3rd party outside storage. Manage day-to-day 3PL operations providing support and guidance on operational issues.Profile +5 years’ Supply Chain Management experience in the Food/FMCG industry would be ideal. Degree qualification (or equivalent). Demonstrated ability of Excel & PowerPoint. Good stakeholder management across all levels. Flexible and Proactive.Job Offer Competitive Salary Package.
