Description: As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain & Operations Director to join their team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our business goals and support growth.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives to optimize processes and ensure smooth transitions.
- SAP Integration: Utilize SAP systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure supply chain stability and resilience.

Profile: Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following background:

- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain and operations roles, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and supply chain management tools.

- Experience of leading a supply chain function at both SLT and C-Suite Level would be beneficial.
