The Interim HR Consultant will be employed on a short-term basis to support the Finance Director in setting the HR foundations, writing HR policies, procedures, processes, and ensuring compliance in line with the Employment Rights Bill.

Client Details: A new, small business setting the foundation for future growth based in Middlesborough.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate what the business currently has in place and identify what is required in line with the business need.
  • Review and implement HR processes and procedures.
  • Write HR and ER policies in line with the Employment Rights Bill.
  • Ensure HR compliance.
  • Support with initiating a law firm to provide legal/HR support as and when required for the business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience setting up HR functions from scratch.
  • Experience writing HR/ER policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance in line with legislation.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Rights Bill requirements.

Assignment Details: Day rate £ (Apply online only) per day – Inside of IR35 – PAYE. Short-term assignment. Locally based or can travel to Middlesborough at least 2 days per week.
