Description
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling and diary management.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in advance.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Assist with document preparation and filing for property-related projects.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as required.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks to meet business needs.
Profile
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
