  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, acting as the primary office-based point of contact and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support customer retention and account growth by maintaining regular communication and coordinating activity between customer visits.
  • Follow up on quotations, commercial opportunities, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Coordinate contract mobilisation, implementation, and customer action plans to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account success.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by managing enquiries through to resolution, meeting SLAs, and escalating commercial risks where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate account administration, including pricing schedules, product updates, samples, product trials, and CRM records.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective account management.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Procurement, and operational teams to improve customer satisfaction, drive commercial opportunities, and support the continued growth of strategic accounts.
