Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR operations within the industrial/manufacturing site at Trafford Park. You will oversee HR for circa 300 employees, delivering hands-on strategic HR across recruitment, employee relations, training and implementation of workforce wellbeing initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage employee relations casework, develop strong relationships with trade unions, coach managers and drive KPI reporting on absenteeism and turnover.
