This position sits at the heart of the organisation, ensuring the smooth running of executive operations while supporting key HR processes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and the HR function to deliver accurate, timely and confidential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary for the CEO, ensuring meetings and commitments are prioritised effectively.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minute-taking and follow-up actions.
  • Arrange UK-based travel and accommodation.
  • Prepare and circulate board and leadership documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Produce HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters and contractual changes.
  • Support recruitment processes including interview coordination, onboarding and security/clearance administration.
  • Assist with tracking training, absence and performance review activities.
  • Handle sensitive information in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
  • Previous exposure to HR administration or working within an HR team.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data handling).
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, including mail merge.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to commute to the office in Stoke.
