International services business seeking a qualified Management Accountant to support month-end reporting, financial analysis, reconciliations, and process improvement across multiple global entities. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Management Accountant looking to take ownership of reporting activities within a dynamic and people-focused organisation and be a strong number two to the Finance Manager.

Description:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Revenue, cost of sales, and gross margin analysis
- Preparation and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Investigation and resolution of system and ledger discrepancies
- Assist with financial controls and process improvement projects
- Produce KPI reporting and financial performance analysis
- Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders globally
Profile:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by relevant experience
- Previous experience within a management accountant role
- Experience working within a multi-entity and multi-currency environment
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capability including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
