Client Details This company operates within the manufacturing industry and is based in Stockport. This role will be Mon - Fri (5 days on-site). Description Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of service. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, following company procedures. Communicate with clients to provide updates on orders and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Handle complaints calmly and work towards satisfactory resolutions. Provide product information and support to customers when required. Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring all data is up-to-date.Profile A successful Customer Service Advisor should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service, ideally within a similar industry. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
