As a Demand Planner you'll ensure the smooth flow of stock and accurate forecasting to meet customer demands. Your role will play a key part in keeping the supply chain efficient. Client Details Fast-growing brand in the FMCG industry. Description Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products using historical data and market trends. Collaborate with sales, marketing and supply chain teams to align demand planning with business objectives. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across all distribution channels. Analyse and report on demand variances, providing actionable insights to improve forecasting accuracy. Manage and update planning systems and tools to reflect current demand patterns. Build strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to streamline the supply chain process. Identify potential supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Support new product launches by forecasting demand and ensuring stock readiness.Profile A successful Demand Planner should have: Experience in demand planning within the FMCG industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively. Proficiency in Excel and demand planning tools/software. Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external suppliers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
