Lead Employee Relations and People Operations activities across a multi-site organisation, acting as the first point of contact for complex ER matters while supporting policy, governance, compliance and operational improvement. You'll partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality people service.

Acting as the lead contact for complex Employee Relations matters.

  • Coaching and supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases.
  • Overseeing people processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
  • Supporting risk, compliance and regulatory activities, including SMCR requirements.
  • Analysing people data and trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

Strong Employee Relations background.

Experience within HR Operations, Shared Services or People Partnering.

Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous.

SMCR experience would be beneficial.

Salary up to £53,000. Hybrid working (50% office based). Solihull location with free parking. 35-hour working week. Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic projects. Private medical insurance.
