As a HR Business Partner, you will:
- Work closely with the Head of HR to develop a strategic partnering model
- Be a strategic partner to your client group
- Lead on developing people plans, succession planning, workforce planning, talent management, etc.
- Coach and advise managers to implement HR best practice
- Work closely with the ER Lead to mitigate risk
