We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of social housing planned maintenance contracts in The North West. You will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of planned maintenance works across occupied social housing properties
  • Lead, motivate, and manage site teams, including subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation, company policies, and client requirements
  • Plan and manage programmes of work to achieve contract KPIs and deadlines
  • Monitor quality standards, carrying out regular inspections and audits
  • Act as the main point of contact on site for clients, residents, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, progress reports, and compliance records
  • Identify and resolve site issues, defects, and resident concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, cost control, and best practice across the contract

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing planned maintenance or refurbishment
  • Strong knowledge of working in live, occupied environments
  • Excellent understanding of health & safety, quality control, and programme management
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively
  • SMSTS (Essential)
  • CSCS - Manager Level (Essential)
