As a HR Advisor you will provide expert HR support across employee relations, recruitment, performance, and compliance, partnering with leaders to drive engagement, manage change, support growth, and deliver people-focused business outcomes. Client Details An established organisation in the industrial and manufacturing sector, located near Sidcup, providing products and solutions to a broad range of industries worldwide. Description Provide expert employee relations advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters. Support recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent. Partner with managers to deliver effective people solutions aligned to business objectives. Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies, and company procedures. Manage performance review processes and support capability improvement plans. Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture. Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE, and growth initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, providing insights and workforce metrics. Assist with learning and development programmes to build organisational capability. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and value creation. Profile A successful HR Advisor should have: Proven HR advisory experience with strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice. Be a confident communicator, able to influence and build trusted relationships with managers and employees at all levels. Demonstrate commercial awareness, understanding how HR supports business growth within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. Be highly organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes. Show resilience and adaptability, thriving in a changing environment and taking a pragmatic approach to solving people-related challenges.
