Description
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and confidential correspondence.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, minutes and action trackers, ensuring follow-up on key priorities.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, company events and stakeholder communications.
- Support the Global HR function with administration across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, contracts and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain HR systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and data integrity across multiple international locations.
- Produce HR reports, support payroll administration and contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Maintain HR policies, templates and process documentation, supporting compliance and best practice.
Profile
- A successful Executive Assistant and Global HR Assistant should have previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, HR Administrator or HR Assistant role, ideally supporting both executive and HR functions.
- Strong organisational, diary management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, approachable and confidential manner.
- High attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records, reports and administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and HR systems, with ADP experience advantageous.
- Understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes, including exposure to international HR support.
