Our client is a well established accountancy practice based close to Sidcup. They are investing in their corporate tax team (following the growth of their corporate tax portfolio). This role is a key position which will manage the compliance and advisory of their OMB portfolio.
Description
- Manage corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Provide high-quality tax advice to clients on a range of corporate tax matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Review and prepare corporate tax computations and returns.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
- Support clients with HMRC enquiries and negotiations as required.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and share insights with the team.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
- A professional qualification in accountancy or tax (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CTA).
- Strong expertise in corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities.
Job Offer
- Salary range of Β£62,500 to Β£75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position in Sidcup within the accountancy industry.
