Description

Reporting into the Operations team, the Shipping and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of domestic and international shipments, ensuring goods are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with all regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders to support the smooth execution of logistics operations and maintain excellent service levels throughout the supply chain:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across domestic and international markets.
  • Manage freight bookings with carriers, couriers, and third‑party logistics providers.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any transportation or customs‑related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal operational procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to support product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records within relevant ERP and logistics management systems.
  • Support freight invoice reconciliation and logistics cost tracking.
  • Coordinate stock transfers and inventory movements across locations.
  • Produce logistics reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

The successful Shipping and Logistics Coordinator candidate will have
