Client Details This opportunity is with a well-respected specialist in rare and collectible books, dealing in first editions, signed and antiquarian volumes, fine library collections, historic maps, and original literary artwork. Based in West London. Description As Shipping and Facilities Assistant you will: Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipping processes. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records. Oversee inventory and ensure accurate tracking of shipments. Provide support in managing facilities and maintaining a functional workspace. Assist with supplier and vendor communications related to shipping and facilities. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies. Address and resolve any shipping or facilities-related issues promptly. Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the retail environment.Profile A successful Shipping and Facilities Assistant should have: Experience or familiarity with shipping logistics in a professional setting. An understanding of facilities management and operational support. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
