Based in Lichfield, you'll play a key role in supporting the team with administrative tasks and keeping the workplace organised. Client Details: A company based in the healthcare sector located in Lichfield. They are an industry leader now seeking a temporary office manager to join them in their office in Lichfield on a hybrid basis. The role is primarily hybrid, requiring attendance in the office approximately one day per week. However, we are also open to considering candidates who require a fully remote working arrangement.
Description:
- Manage and support a team of 7 administrative and operational staff
- Ensure the smooth running of Facilities administration processes
- Coordinate workloads, priorities, and team performance
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Maintain operational standards and support business continuity
- Oversee reporting, scheduling, and general office management activities
- Support the transition and handover process throughout the contract period
Profile: A successful Office Manager should have:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or similar leadership role
- Experience managing and motivating teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confidence learning new systems and processes
Job Offer:
