Description
- Support the delivery and day-to-day management of Oracle Finance and related cloud systems
- Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and patches, including testing and business communication
- Work with third-party suppliers to manage incidents, defects, and service requests
- Assist with small-scale enhancements and system improvements
- Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Translate business needs into system changes aligned with Oracle capabilities
- Maintain system documentation and update process materials
- Support user adoption, including training content and Oracle Guided Learning updates
- Act as a key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers
