The Metal Shop Supervisor will lead fabrication and assembly operations within a busy workshop supporting retail and commercial fit‑out projects. You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day running of the metal shop, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the metal shop, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Coordinate and allocate resources to optimise workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor quality control processes and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet overall organisational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production and operational activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements for increased productivity.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a metal fabrication or fit‑out environment.

- Familiarity with architectural and decorative metalwork for retail and commercial interiors.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once.
- Good working knowledge of workshop machinery, tools, and maintenance.
- Understanding of H&S legislation and safe workshop practices.
