We are seeking a knowledgeable Interim HR Consultant to join a business in Doncaster on a temporary basis. This role will focus on providing expert human resources support within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This opportunity is with a well-established organisation operating within the industrial/manufacturing sector. The company is a medium-sized entity based out of Doncaster with UK wide sites.
A short term day rate role due to absence in the team and to manage workload. Reporting into the Head of HR, we are looking for an Interim professional to be able to land in the business and offer immediate support to the team.
Support with Grievances/ ER casework.
A successful Interim HR Consultant should have:
- Proven expertise in Interim HR Consultancy work
- Complex employee relations casework/ D&G
- Led on redundancy/restructure
- Led on HR projects
Competitive daily rate between GBP 300-400 - weekly paid via timesheets. Doncaster based role.
